In my state, refusing to take the test is the equivalent of getting charged with that particular crime even if you are stone cold sober.  They are even known to do forced blood draws against your will in some of our counties.  I’ve seen a few YouTube videos of victims in these counties being strapped to a gurney in full restraints even if said victim was fully cooperative and having blood forcibly drawn.

Be very aware of your particular state laws regarding intoxicated driving before doing that as the laws vary wildly. False criminal complaints by women against men are so common.  Whenever one finally learns the real reason she did it, it usually boils down to she did not feel that she was getting the attention she thought she deserved.

Just in case one did not know. In the USA if your woman/date/wife/old lady, and is mad, she can call the police and say you’ve been drinking. By law, the police now “have” to look for you and pull you over. Best thing to do then, is refuse the test, especially if you’ve been drinking. Yes, the Judge has no choice then but to take your license away for 30 days. Hire a lawyer, plea bargain for a lower charge to make it easy for all. Or, fight it saying it was just here say, and 5-0 had no reason to pull you over just because a jealous woman “abused” the legal system.

Bruh I’ve been in handcuffs a few times because of my ex’s lies, even had retraining orders against me at my own house until she was ready to move out. This is why I avoid these toxic monsters, let them keep fooling the rest of society, they CANNOT fool us!!.
