If men are better than women, why are women earning more?

40% of wives in America outearn their husbands. Young, childless women have been outearning men for about 5 years now and the gap is INCREASING. Now even women in their 30s outearn men. And in the future women will make up over 70% of college graduates, wives will be the main breadwinners, women will control most of the wealth, be most of the politicians…. do you think that it’s possible because women actually work and men are lazy? Or is it something more insidious like demoralization, oppression and discrimination against men that is deep rooted in all of society? Or is because half the men are feminine as hell? Or that half the population is born to single mothers which are horrible for boys? Or are women just more intelligent?

I’d love to hear your thoughts about this.

It is discrimination.

Women control HR.

HR determines who to hire and often who to fire.

Men are MTOW and not participating in the job market. Men are not going to college. Men no longer buy into the entire schtick.

OK, so let’s take it from what we know and all agree on. Women as a whole are less happy and single men as a whole are more happy after than before feminism. Let’s see. Women are working harder, longer hours, more demanding jobs. Men are getting in touch with their children. Not taking those extra hours that contribute to that early heart attack.

Men are also not getting married so they don’t have a parasite to feed every day. Men, if they are MGTOW, can live on very little creating more free time for leisure activities. For women, the opposite is true, and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

I like women in the workplace.

Let the women that work their asses off pay taxes to support the ones that sit on their fat asses and refuse to work.

Males lost incentive from the very beginning of the gynocentric political correctness era.
Little boys started coming home from the educational system at the age 6, being ashamed to have a penis between their legs.
The systematic abuse and associated emotional life long damage is as bad as any that any paedophile ever inflicted
The insane discrimination which assumes they’re all potential rapists or potential physical abusers goes right through the system till university.
Read “The War on Boys” by Christina Hoff Summers.
In the workforce they have to deal with a whole range of issues such as sexual harassment and potential paedophilia accusations, that even proven totally innocent, their lives are effectively ruined. One wrong move or the accusation of one wrong move and their entire careers are over.
Males emptied out of any occupations that dealt with children in droves. Hence the shortfall of male teachers in the school system now.
Boys have very few role models.
Males are avoiding virtually the entire system.

The mysandric legal system has been financially disembowelling males in the divorce courts for many decades now and is a massive disincentive to achieve anything.
Only a real dimwit would sign a marriage contract or allow a female to have cohabitation rights.

Great post! +1 There is a huge and insidious covert-war on men and masculinity. Mothers especially ruin boys.

I still don’t have a source that shows how women control HR or that they discriminate against men in the workforce.
