I am from India!

I have just seen this wonderful website and joined immediately.

I got married on 2011, from there on i have started to see the real world!

She did not allow for <span data-dobid=”hdw”>consummation by saying she was afraid! i believed her and didn’t force her. And only after a week, she picked up a fight against me and my parents and left the house and stayed with her parents for 3 months!

Later after three months, she stayed for a month. I with my parents planned for her birthday to be done grandly, while we are in preparation for her birthday, she again picked up a fight and left! This time she stayed for 5 months.

 

This continued for for past three years! to be frank, i never touched my wife let alone having sex!

Now on 2013 Just, she picked up a fight again, this time she did the un-expected ! She lodged a police compliant (498a, dvact) against me and my parents. My parents were not living me us, because she doesn’t want anyone in my house.

 

This was so unexpected the next early morning at 6AM police came and took us to PS. From there we tried to contact them for compromising, but they didn’t want to.

I was literally in tears, my aged parents , especially my mother, who recently had hernia surgery and suffering from diabetics, had to spend in central prison for almost 2 days.

We came back after 2 days, and we didn’t hear from them anything until last this year.

 

Public Procecuter called my layer threatening that they can file 2 or 3 case, if we do not come for settlement.

They need huge amount of money, which we are not in position to give that huge amount!

She took away my Gold ornaments which cost nearly $18,000 US dollars with out my knowledge!

I don’t know what else i can do. i can not open a case against her and her family members for harassment or any such!

The law here sucks a big time. She might be going to open a Maintenance case against me. i am only living for my parents. if they are not here, i would have been a history by now. I don’t want to live anymore.

India has some real screwed up laws.

Dowry is another issue it seems.

I don’t know anything about Indias law system and sorry I can advise you.

But my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I’ve heard Indian laws regarding women are nuts (worse than ours), and this is more confirmation.  Can only give general advice:

  1. Always be there for your parents.
  2. Get out of that marriage however possible.
  3. If you get nailed for maintenance, get the hell out of the country and let the bitch rot.
  4. Don’t ever buy into the lie of marriage again.

Seriously, most of us had to learn this the hard way just as you did.  Women are psycho, and the legal systems everywhere are mostly all on their side.  The only way you can protect yourself going forward is to get out of their rigged game entirely and play your own for the rest of your life.  Don’t think about anything drastic because if you do, they win.  Just get out of it and never play again, and then you win and they lose.

There are tears in my eyes while reading all your comments that there are so many people who supports me in this misery  of my and my parents lives.

Heartfelt  thanks for all your support.

Will keep updating  regarding our 498a and dvact case.

Court took my passport and said they only return once these cases are settled.

I used to live in Australia before marriage happily for 8 years.

So there is no option for going anywhere outside this s~~~ country. i don’t get job anywhere because of the criminal case. i am doing e-commerce business right now.

My both parents are well educated, both retired from central and state government jobs and this case has put us in to so much pressure, even my relatives, friends boycotted us as if we did crime. But the fact is we do not even done anything wrong to be booked in a criminal case.

Now i have a courage to fight after seeing all the posts and comments. will definitely fight and may the Lord be with us in this gender biased laws that effecting men and family members.
