I do not believe in equality of ability or intellect. And when you strip it away, what is really left? In what possible way can women be “equal” to men?

It’s hard for even men on these sites to admit it, because they are so deeply conditioned. But women are inferior. This is why men have had the provider and protector roles. If men and women were truly equal, there would never, ever, have been any need for that. But men are superior, and thereby are tasked to take care of their inferior co-parts. It is the same way children and parents can not possibly equal. Parents are supposed to take care of the inferior children. You have major issues when the parents are inferior or think the children should be taking care of them or themselves.

A new version of “All in the family” would have Gloria a feminazi lesbian, Meat Head a feminist “still”, Edith Divorced and drunk, and Archie; EXACTLY THE SAME!

Oh yea, and the neighborhood destroyed with his house the only one still standing. And no factories too….  Just abandoned lots, and lots of potholes,,,, and trash blowing around, and stripped cars, and used tires dumped everywhere. You get the picture……..   

Why would any man work his ass off to acquire resources, only to be depleted of them from his equal wife who didn’t put in the same amount of effort? There’s nothing equal about that.

So yeah, if a man were to be hired his pay could be the same, or more or less depending on experience, but the feminist would require the same level of pay as an experienced man simply because she expects her version of equality. Another fine line of hypocrisy.

Years ago, I worked in a food processing facility, the men were paid the same as the women, the women got the light duty jobs and the men got the very physically demanding jobs, same pay for unequal work.

I would only hire women. They would be told that they will drive around in company supplied vehicles and look out for and action with great authority, any property containing abandoned property.

Once they sign contracts they will be shown their garbage truck and handed a boiler suite 😆

I would then have HR full of mgtow 😃

Ya that whole thing is seriously an insult to every hard working man out there. They honestly can’t or won’t fathom that men have to seriously compete to get where they are and what they are paid. The only reason I’m getting paid as much as I am is because another company would pay me as much or more and they know that. Period, end of story.

Women come into a work environment where suddenly their vagina doesn’t give them the privilege they have been enjoying for years and they think they are being discriminated against, when in reality they are simply having to compete the same way most men have been forced to all their lives. Welcome to equality baby.

My subordinates seem to always want more reassurance,  gratification,  and demands than the male counterparts.   When you couple this with their constant (it seems) complaining, the workload that was originally easy to understand now becomes tough to accurately accomplish.

Just my 2 cents.  In my line of work, women can do 95% of the men’s tasks.   Like I said, it’s their demeanor about doing them that causes problems
