I have looking for a job, any job, for a real long time in this crazy job market, and every single interview I had with a woman, except 1 or 2 have been VERY unpleasant and unfair. There was a time I was applying to everything I could get to even if it was a retail store dominated by people not my species just something to get me going.

Interview with a woman #1: I had one interview at a Kohl’s with a woman who called me to come in. Once she saw that I didn’t have experience to work in the shipping and receiving section, she told me that I have no right to work a job and that I never will ever have a job ever in my lifetime. Any job she told me to get should be cleaning up trash in the park of my town and cleaning up road kill. Then she starts comparing me and my life to her perfect-in-every-way 16 year old daughter, who she made look like she could run for president some day. I almost broke down in tears in my car because she told me in a very rude way that I will never have a job and her perfect daughter is going very far in life. That hurts! First off, why would you accept an interview with someone who on the application stats that has no retail experience, but then bring it up at the interview?

Interview with a woman #2: I had an interview at a local TJ Maxx assembling furniture in the back with other guys. Every time the woman manager asked me a question, and not even giving half my answer she goes “uuuuhhhh…” as if I’m bulls~~~ting her and she’s playing gotcha with me. After the interview she made it sound like that me building furniture is too much for a guy like me. Then I reminded her of all the things I have built in my lifetime: computers, model buildings, bikes, a website and none of which I was taught how to do. I taught myself to build those things, but she thinks putting 4 legs on a couch was too much for me.

Interview with a woman #3: Target. I passed that stupid application test on the Target application. I got a call from one of the female managers and did the phone interview. I passed it. She and another female manager asked me what position I want to work in. I told her the electronics section and I explained my background knowledge in electronics and after hearing it, they both were real excited and wanting me to badly get the job. I want to point out that the phone interview was on a Friday, and at that time, that Target location had fliers advertising all the open jobs which every position. Friday, remember that, because it’ll be important later. So that Friday after the phone interview the female manager arranged a face-to-face interview with another female manager on Monday. On Monday, I get into the office of the 3rd female manager. I must describe her first; she’s about 26, chunky and ugly, but I never made a crack about it. Remember a moment ago when I said to keep in mind that a major load of jobs were open on Friday, just 3 days earlier and advertised heavily all over the store? Here we go. She asked me what job I want to work in. I said the electronic section. She said, “next!” Then I said sporting goods; NEXT, then I said cashier, NEXT, then I said starting to get a little frustrated, cart pusher, NEXT! Then I asked her, “lady, how are all these jobs suddenly filled over the weekend? You had dozens and dozens of positions open just a few days ago and you had fliers advertising it all over.” She denied by saying she doesn’t know anything about it. So I’m thinking yeah-right. Two managers before her had me going for the electronic section, their staff on Friday stated that all areas in the store are available, and one handed me a flier, but she kept denying it for 5 minutes. So I told her for her to pick one for me since she knows which ones are left. She picked the worst one of all for me; cleaning the bathrooms. So I just went with it, just to get the damn interview going again. She starts asking the typical retail interview questions from a script and I started doing great and she thought I was doing great also. After about 5 questions with great answers, suddenly she starts going off script and starts asking me questions to double-cross me with my previous answers. When she was on-script, I was doing fabulous, but when she started going off-script, then I started making mistakes. Terrible! 2 managers before her wanted me to have that electronics job so badly, and this 26-year-old pig face manager just had to f~~~ it all up for me! I understand, she fat and ugly and she likely can’t get a man, so she took it out on me for being a guy trying to get a job, even the worst jobs at the lowest pay, and she still f~~~s me off!

The list just goes on and on, but I only wanted to list my top 3 worst female interviews. I was applying to anything I could, including taking jobs with people not part of my species, and it was before I learned that woman were evil in the workplace. I guess it’s one of those thing you have to experience something in life in order to learn something in life.

Now I won’t single out all female managers, because at my local Best Buy, there’s 2 female managers and both of them are down to Earth friendly and do help. There’s one of them that handles the applications, and she’s very friendly, kind of lazy with the application and returning calls, but she did guide me and my application through the whole process. Then the second of 3 interview was with a woman who was very sympathetic to my mental disorder because she has a cousin who has the same disorder. So she too was very helpful, friendly and sympathetic. The part that coasted me that job at Best Buy last spring was more my fault; the general manager DID call my cell phone (which I almost never use), but the phone was in my backpack while I was riding my bike home from the interview with my iPod playing. I didn’t even know that they tried to call until a week later and by then it was all over with. I did talk to the application people after the New Year and explained what happened and she told me that it could be forgiven and I will apply again in March, and I will let her know and hopefully we can get the ball rolling again. Face it, of all the jobs I applied for, Best Buy would be perfect for me given my electronic background and skills.

That’s my misadventures with woman managers. Funny thing about feminist in the manager’s position is that they keep claiming that men are stupid and lazy, but then when a man is trying to get a job from one of them, they treat you like dirt and then they don’t offer you the job. They don’t offer you the job, but they have the gall to say that we’re lazy. Funny how that figures.

The hiring process for large companies is beyond f~~~ed up. The truth is the person with the job doing the interviewing doesn’t give a f~~~ about you, they already have a job, its all a game to them. It sucks but it just goes to show why some people shouldn’t be in positions of authority.

And why not pick up and move to Alaska or where they dig for gold or oil.

That sounds more of a worthy living than dealing with these estrogenic creatures.

I had a woman hang up on me when I called to inquire about my job application. I was still in college back then.

I worked with her the previous summer and could tell she was a mean soul who seemingly enjoyed her power trips.

Oh well.

Miserable men commit crimes and go to prison.

Miserable women’s crimes are that they never do commit a crime but continue to be pseudo-productive members of society.

she told me that I have no right to work a job and that I never will ever have a job ever in my lifetime. Any job she told me to get should be cleaning up trash in the park of my town and cleaning up road kill. Then she starts comparing me and my life …

Excuse me… but …. WHAT????

This kind of c~~~ I would tear wide open – in the interview.
She’s a piece of s~~~.

This is how I would handle it – swear to Christ:

You have to stop listening to these c~~~s today. I mean it. The don’t exist and neither does their opinion. I don’t know how old you are, but if you’re in your 20s ( or younger ) you HAVE TO STOP LISTENING TO WOMEN TRYING TO BREAK YOU DOWN. They will if you let them.

I don’t want to talk about myself here (because this is about you) but I worked with a lot of women, and that’s all they do. They criticize but don’t actually DO anything of any value to anyone.

One day, a miserable old bitch came up to me on a very special day when I was enjoying a little bit of success and celebration for a job well done. The first thing she did was try to break me down and started telling me what I could have done better. She didn’t get away with it and verbally tore her a new asshole …. and told her to get the f~~~ out of the room. I didn’t even care if it costs me my job. How dare she.

I was not fired. She was so stunned and so taken aback that she would see me coming and would turn away just to avoiding passing me. You don’t have to take that s~~~.

I could go on about this for a month – right down to a recent interview by a female hiring manager WHO CALLED ME and wanted me to drive 45 minutes to meet with her. When she started on her CRAP from behind her desk she asked me “so what are you looking for?”

I said I don’t know what you’re talking about. You contacted ME and called ME. So that’s my question now. “What are you looking to me for”. Whatever she threw at me she got slung back in her arrogant face.

“What kind of salary are you looking for?”

“I beg your pardon? A smart person would never answer that question. Would you like me to explain why?”

“Well we need to….”

“No you don’t. You already know what you’re prepared to offer the right person. So you may call me and make me that offer. Until then, have a pleasant day.”

… and I owned that bitch and I excused myself.

If she had spoken to me and said “you will never have a job in your life” I would point out that I have never been unemployed day in my life – and turned her into liar. You have to be relentless with these t~~~ts. In the grand scheme of things, they are totally useless and they know it. They KNOW it.

There is one thing that bitches like this are not prepared for…. a man telling them off. They freak out. They can’t handle it. They go into shock and crumble. I have never seen an example of the opposite where a bitch handles herself well. No matter how much of c~~~ she is on the outside, she is a wet noodle underneath it.

Use this to your advantage.

The biggest bitches I ever met in my life were the weakest, wettest noodles behind the mask. The easiest to break down. Including a female CEO who was actually f~~~ing the mayor of the city. Not kidding. I worked for her for 2 years and reported to her directly. One night on a Friday (11PM) she thought she could demand whatever she wanted and I showed her that she was wrong. “You had all week to discuss this with me and you’re contacting me NOW? Why? Bad planning? You may contact me after 10AM on Monday morning. Have an excellent weekend.” Click. It threw her against the wall. I can promise you that.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

I work in retail (Hopefully not for much longer), and my female assistant manager has personally told me how much she enjoys f~~~ing with people’s heads and power playing people during interviews. She also gets snappy with most of my coworkers and has literally said out loud “I hate working here” on a few occasions. She used to act that way with me as well, but I never gave her a reaction and simply disassociated and went on with my work whenever she tried me. Now she tells me all sorts of personal nonsense and tells me how she appreciates me. It’s f~~~ing insane.

There’s another female manager at my store who isn’t a complete nutcase like her, but she’s still definitely an AWALT. I cringe whenever I think of people having to deal with her in interviews or on the first few days on the job.

It’s not you man, it’s them. Don’t let them get under your skin.

Female manager or any higher level of management will look to only hire women because they pose no threat unless young and hot,and those women barely work anyways because the have some mangina paying her bills. So dont let it get you down, its not your fault you’re just born better. Try to go for more male skilled labor jobs and offer to work for free for a week if you dont have the skills so you can learn. Not getting hired in female dominant retail could be a blessing in disguise. Remember you will still have to deal with female customers which is another s~~~show for another day. Keep your head up man and keep pounding the pavement, you will eventually find something .

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

I know about a foundation that helps troubled young adults get their life back together again. Most of these young adults are men who need a strong father figure but what does the female manager and the staff who are appointed to take applications do?

They almost always hire females. The 3 men who work there are the biggest wussies ever and have been hired based on their ‘sexy’ looks only as confessed by the female manager.

No f~~~ing wonder western societies are about to collapse if they haven’t already. Succesful societies need strong men to keep the ball rolling.

If you don't understand my post at first, no worries, it's probably my English. 😉

He left and a female took his place.

All the best staff were guys and they all jumped shipped and got other jobs within 6 months, because of her unprofessional behaviour. That business will fail as a result.

Best working with men or be your own boss and start your own business.

Wow. What a nightmare.
I would have told those bitches off in a heartbeat. Don’t let some idiotic female put you down.

I have to deal with female administrators and nursing directors often.
What you went through is common these days. I cringe whenever I have to interact with one of these ladies. It seems like they are all arrogant and condescending and almost none of them knows what they are doing. I simply smile and try to exit a sap – unless they attack at which point I would tell them off.

Welcome to corporate America. One option is to become self employed. Another option is to work with/for a man. Working under a female simply sucks these days.

Good luck
