Any help is greatly appreciated; and i’ll let you know how it goes 🙂

Since women validates only other women opinion, and a feminist no less, here is a couple of videos for you to have some fun with this feminist friend of yours:

She is still a feminist though, so I would be careful nevertheless.

Enjoy!

There is a book called why men earn more and it was mentioned on the Tom Leykis show by Tom. The author is Warren Farrell. It explains why men do earn more money due to the fact they are more likely to take risky jobs like construction workers or coal mining. It also mentions that men are more willing to travel for work over women and are willing to show up everyday for work. Women want to work less or not work mon to fri and are likely to have jobs that works around their schedule with kids and so forth. I never read the book but I heard it’s a good read. Good luck!

Meanwhile if you compare apples to apples you find that women in the same positions as men doing the same work get paid more than their male counterparts, usually because of a “hiring quota bonus”.  Funny how feminists are just fine with real world wage inequity but persist in bitching and whining about their statistically made up wage gap.

Women get paid less than men…in one way especially:

Because women tend to work LESS than men.

You can’t get paid the same amount of money if you’re taking half the week off to go to little Johnny’s soccer game, or taking 2 months maternity leave, or because you feel like getting a manicure, or because you have “women’s troubles”, so you’re too busy bleeding out of your vagina to make it to the car.

Okay, saying that last part took a lot of guts. Give me a little credit there.

I’ve worked in high-paying construction jobs. I’ve rarely ever seen women working those high-risk jobs. And the one or two women that I ever saw working those jobs got paid just as much as me. Actually, one of them was getting paid MORE than me because she had more seniority than me. LOL. But I wasn’t flailing my arms around and screaming, “UNFAIR WAGE GAP!” to get attention.

Plus, many women prefer the LOWER-paying jobs. Jobs that they hate…so that they can find a man to “rescue them”, and despite their bulls~~~ talk of being able to pay for themselves and help you out with society’s living costs after the wedding, now they have every excuse to quit their s~~~ty job, or just go part-time.

And women don’t get those lower-paying jobs because they plan on making it a career.

Anyway, those are some of my opinions.

Like this one woman said “if men and women get paid the same then how come my male co worker in the same position as me as was just able to go on vacation while I can barely afford my rent?” and I was like there are many reasons for that such as he could have been saving up for a while to afford to go on vacation, you could have sucky habits when it comes to saving money, you could have debt and he doesn’t. maybe you live in an expensive area while he lives in an affordable area. Maybe he was married or has roommates so rent isn’t as much, maybe he won the lotto and didn’t tell anymore. But no if he could go on vacation and she couldn’t then it automatically means men are paid more lol.

For my job I am friends with 2 of the women I work with we were all hired around the same time yet one makes more then me and while I get paid the same hourly as the other I take home more after taxes, why? The one who makes the same as me hourly as a kid who is on her benefits so naturally more is taken out since she is paying for 2 people while I just have myself. The other makes more then us because she has more experience. I feel I should have started on the higher pay scale like her though since I felt I had years of experience to but they didn’t count mine and I don’t throw a fit about it since I don’t make the rules and as much as I disagree I can see why they don’t count my experience to start on the higher pay scale.

for example… Jane complains to some feminazi SJW/journalist/politician about the “fact” that Dick and Tom get paid more than Jane even though all 3 are drivers for the same transport company, all hired at around the same time, and that’s just not “right”<sniffles>. Also she lets it drop that in the vehicle maintenance department, Harry gets paid way more than Gladys.

Enter the clowns, hell bent on fixing this drama. Yup, its true the boys get paid more than the girls. Isn’t that company is a bunch of woman haters hell bent on keeping the sista’s down <roar>.

A closer examination reveals that Dick is a super-B transport driver that goes across North America, Tom just happens to drive rigs through the Rockies, Jane is also a driver… she drives a 1 ton during the day, and doesn’t leave the city.

Over in the maintenance bays, it is also true that Harry gets paid more than Gladys. Both are heavy duty diesel mechanics. Harry is a 4th year journeyman, and Gladys is a first year apprentice.

None of this really matters because certain “facts” are omitted… what really counts is that Jane complained so it must be true.

(now where did i make the errors?)

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

This video does a great job of explaining why, although I wouldn’t link a feminist due to the fact the presenter is male, and they’ll try to claim bias.

Enough to wreck any femitard who feels like regurgitating propaganda.

Another thing I rarely hear is that men work jobs that are more dangerous and thus have a higher pay scale. You don’t see many females on Deadliest Catch do you?  The majority of who work in isolated locations building things are men, and they get a per day extra salary to cover food and shelter away from home. I’ve been on these jobs and people spend half their extra salary and pocketing the rest.Lastly I always wondered if they included professional athletes in the study because they get paid TONS and have no female counter part. Surely if they included Floyd Mayweather, Kobe Bryant and Matt Ryan that would skew the pay gap in women’s “favor”.
