There’s a strange rationalization there, that she has a Jewish life, and a feminist life. It must be nice to have the option of cherry picking aspects of a culture and lifestyle without the responsibilities.

I guess “Sex-Positive Feminist” is what they call riding the c~~~-carousel. I’ll have to be mindful of that.

Hehe. She reminds me of my 2 catholic cousines (females). They were shocked when they heard I’m atheist but they behave like sluts spitting on their catholic values… Hypocrisy at best.

Hmm…I’m guessing this is womanese for what used to be called ‘sleeping around’?

If so is this the case in most universities?

When I was an undergraduate in the UK, about 20 years ago, it was very much ‘the boyfriend thing.’ You got into a serious relationship usually in the first week, and pretty much stayed together for three years. Anyone outside that strict relationship got very little in the way of sex. Mind you I did go to a rather prim, provincial northern university.
