Personally I’ve always felt women are inferior to me, and as such have always demanded higher wages. I’d always felt when the wages were the same that I was getting underpaid, as I’d always felt my work product was better, and that I’d work more hours and be more valuable. Most places would refuse to give me the wages I wanted, so I’d just go somewhere else for more pay.

Nowadays I don’t care, and work only a few months out of the year, at the same wages but on a per hour basis, where I bill said company.

This is capitalism, you get whatever you negotiate for and demand. Women are demanding more pay, and they’re getting it. As men instead of whining about it, if you really feel you are worth more, you need to demand more. If you believe in equality, and especially if you are salaried, then don’t complain when women do less work than you and make the same pay as you.

Unless they can justify this from a legal stance, they will get sued. It’s also sexual discrimination because it’s being applied to one gender over the other. Job roles aren’t meant to be gender specific so there is no justification to pay one gender a different wage over the other on a comparative role.

I look forward to companies thinking of doing this getting ass raped in the courts.

What’s more bizarre is why the BBC thinks this is a positive thing when so much work was done in employment law to ensure that men and women get paid the same wage for the same work.

I think the BBC’s days are numbered if they don’t pull their heads out of their arses. They’re meant to be an impartial newsgathering organisation. Not a propoganda machine for feminism.

Silly Monkey. Laws only apply to men. For women it’s whatever can be given as a privilege.
