One of my best friends, lets call her A, is a woman, feminist, kind and one of the most intelligent people I know. Until these last couple of months she has been one the persons I have held in highest regards, I still thing very highly of her. A does not agree about my view on relationships – that men does not benefit from it to the extent that its a reasonable option – but she respects it and that goes a long way in my book.

Anyhow, lately A has been thinking about children and we have discussed this pretty extensively. A has long history of relationships going down the drain, almost always because of the same reasons. Either A start to date guys that lives 5 hours away even and they break up cause they don’t want a long distance relationship or A breaks up with the guy cause he is a douche which is always pretty clear to me early on. This has led to her reasoning if a guy does not use a condom and she happens to become pregnant she will keep it no matter what the guy thinks. Personally I’m fine with it, cause I think everyone is entitled to their body.

A does take it a little bit further tho, she expects that the one night stand will provide and be part of the kids life no matter what. So I challenged her by asking some questions like “What If you decide to move, how can your one night stand be part of the kids life?” A bluntly said that she expects that the guy will follow to otherwise he is a s~~~ty parent. So I followed up with ” But don’t you think that such expectations is unfair – he would have to give up his life based on you moving?”. A answered in similar way that its not about her but the kid.

I could see this discussion not going to end in a good way so I cut it short there. The point of the thread is that no matter how much you respect someone you need to strap up, otherwise you could end up with an unwanted kid and a demanding baby mama.

I say go with the nuclear option… vasectomy. Not only are you then guaranteed safe from baby jail, but you get to enjoy the look on her face when she says “We”re gonna have a baby!” and you respond “Yeah? Who’s the lucky single-mother f~~~er cause I’m sterile and you’re busted.” I’ve been there three times since my vasectomy and let me tell you, it’s glorious!

I want a vasectomy so bad and I plan on getting one very soon. I already know for sure I DONT want kids in the future. I can’t stand kids and have accepted the fact that I would be a horrible father. I don’t like them. I find them annoying, I have nothing in common with them and I can barely take care of myself. There is no way I should be a father because I would honest to god….forget to feed the damn thing….and they would die…and I would end up in jail which is unfair. Why should I go to jail because I jizzed inside a women?

I hate to say that, but that is the truth. I accept the fact that I should not reproduce. My kid would have a horrible life assuming it survived under my supervision. I can’t even take care of a pet, so there is no way, shape or form I can handle the responsibility of a human being. F~~~ that.

It may seem harsh and cruel, but I wish more people were like me and would not be idoits having kids when they are clearly not suitable to have them. Too be honest, I would gladly let child services take my child away. Maybe then they would have an actual chance at life.

Just to be clear…I am 30 years old, never had a kid and f~~~ed over 30+ women. I am STD free and never had a problem. Getting a vasectomy sounds like the next logical step for me as I would still like to f~~~ women/friends with benefits/one night stands while I am still kinda young for the next 10 years. Too be honest, I don’t even really care about sex anymore. Porn/masturbation is good enough. But it would be nice to get sex without worrying about prenancy. I might actually try to get laid more!

Everyone?  Do you honestly think he is entitled to his body?  Because what do you think he’s going to use to make the child support payments?  Her body is only involved for nine months, and only the last three or four of which are any burden, followed by a few hours in a hospital during which she has the option of being completely anaesthetized.

Then he has to push his body to the grindstone for the next two decades or have his body thrown in prison.

But only she has the choice.  He doesn’t.  So no, he is not “entitled to his body”, at least as far as the law or society is concerned.

Either he should have some say in what she does with her body, or she should have no say in what he does with his.  And that includes any money he might make with it.  So long as she insists on having sole choice on her body while insisting he be obligated to use up his body for her benefit, your feminist friend is just another irresponsible, greedy, selfish, entitled, hypocritical gold digging slore.  Why would you even associate with someone like that?

Despite our differences we can have a discussion in a respectful manner which not all that common these days, as I said earlier this goes a long way in my book. She also has a lot of other good qualities and even tho I’d never consider her for a relationship I appreciate our friendship. I don’t hate feminism per se (there is a lot things I don’t like) in that sense I do believe in equal rights, what I don’t like is how its applied in our society. The benefits are not extended to men – we are still expected to full fill traditional roles that are negative for us while giving  up our privileges.
