I have found nothing but bad about the effects of artificial sweeteners on health. For one example, aspartame (Nutri-Sweet) breaks down into methyl alcohol at temperatures typical of a loading dock in the summer. (Methyl alcohol is a nasty poison causing blindness, paralysis, death depending on dose and victim’s health.)

If you must use sweeteners — I don’t and neither should you IMHO — then use real sugar, honey, or stevia. Avoid corn syrup sweeteners and artificial anything.

I’d grabbed the bottle too quickly, as I never buy chewable vitamins.
