It is clear and apparent that there are very distinct physiological and hereditary differences between people of different races . Now the question is … how do we harness the traits and propel the civilization forward .

It is not unknown that the potential genetic mental capacity limit is inherited and the best we can do is build upon the brain plasticity and allocate the brain to a set of skills and then develop it.

It is also not unknown that one’s physiology is also largely inherited , same as the plasticity of the brain , the best a person can do is build under the genetic limits.

Now why not identify those with preferable genetic traits and breed them using surrogate mothers under a controlled condition to produce the fabled…. Ubermensch.

The public and the volunteers can still resume their everyday life , and the ubermensch produced will NEVER know he/she is actually the produce of a government eugenics programme , but he’ll be faster… stronger … live longer …. more disease prone and most importantly smarter than people would be in their “natural environment”.

As the Ubermensch reproduce in the “natural environment” , his/her genes and traits will be passed down into the gene pool , raising the overall quality of the human race.

I thought all this nonsense stopped after the Nazis glorified it. Unless you are going to build a perfect specimen, one genetically engineered gene at a time, the entire idea of selectively breeding an Übermensch is ridiculous. Even if this program was executed in complete secrecy (which I doubt would be possible) there are too many scientific obstacles to overcome without involving genetic engineering. Recessive genes? Mutations? Birth defects? Labor complications? Nature vs. nurture? I’ve known gorgeous parents who produce ugly children, stupid parents who bare geniuses, etc.. Even if a man is born through a predestined screening process, having all the best genetic components unknowingly lauded upon his being, there is still no accounting for what his personality will be. An “Übermensch” can grow up to be a Bond villain.
