Laydeez of today refuse to honor vows and be “wives” by any interpretation, so let’s replace ’em  piece by piece.

Feel free to add “pieces” of what constitues a wife and “how to replace each.”

The husband “must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.”  Without a wife, what’re other sources of respect?   The respect of peers for a job well thought out, prep’d, executed, finished in a timely manner. Respect of men working out…hard. Respect of superiors, respect of subordinates.

She vows to “love honor and obey” replace with: “females up until and not including” getting married.  They mostly love honor and obey/// until you marry ’em.

Piece:”It is not good for the man to be alone I will make a helper suitable for him.”   Other men friends eg helping move/with repairing car.    Housekeeper/maid/cook at restaurant/cook at grocery store for ready to eat meals. Launderer, dry cleaner.

None of these are a perfect fit, but there really isn’t any other option today. except:

divorce court

 

 

 

just add money = marry and divorce a guy.
