If women are paid less universally then it would be advantageous to the bottom line to hire women, especially if you are pro affirmative action, it’s a win win. Though of course we all know this would end it absolute disaster for the business but the point is clear.

The wage gap is another example of a lie told so many times that it starts being accepted as truth. Kind of like propaganda in a violent dictatorship.
