A little back-story: My uncle is in his 40’s and lives with me and my grandparents. He worked for the post office for almost 20 years, but due to harassment had to quit (he developed a panic disorder). The man is smart as s~~~, politically aware, and now about to land a job in network security. Ive always respected his intelligence and ability to remember practically EVERYTHING he reads. This same ability is also what makes me despise him at times.

You see, my uncle is a flaming liberal. The kind that feels instead of thinks a lot of the time (even though he KNOWS better). The kind that will cite Buzzfeed or Huffpo as a source, then turn around at the same time and talk about how Americans are sheep (oh the irony). He has had a hard time of it with women and has way less experience with them than  I do, but he is pretty much a male feminist. I try to spit some MGTOW knowledge at him sometimes and I am met with venom every time. I showed him the BJS data concerning college rape and he brushed it off as bulls~~~ (even though he totally agreed when “the white house” aka king Obama acknowledged the 1 in 4 myth a while back). He has selective acceptance of data; if it does not align with his liberal sensibilities he will chalk it down to “right-wing conservative conspiracy theories”.

 

Needless to say, we have been in many arguments and even physical altercations over political topics. I love the man to death and respect his knowledge; he is very smart, but when it comes to SJW bulls~~~, he is bat-s~~~ in denial. I struggle with his bad attitude towards anything conservative/mgtow/truther. He sucks Obama’s dick, supports doxxing, supports feminism, supports censorship, supports Islam and hates Christians, doesn’t understand GamerGate but speaks about it as if he’s an authority, ect ect. Living with this man is definitely part of what made me a red piller. Again… I love and respect him but I absolutely hate living with him and his toxic attitude towards anything not “liberal”.
