Being tuned out to almost every “female-oriented” thing in life helps. I either talk about work or anything not related to female-oriented things. No compliments about how good they look to them or among my male coworkers. Looking at them in the workplace lasts only a second. Eye contact with them while talking to them is sparse at best.

H.R. departments at companies can jazz up, increase the length of time for, and/or point the finger at men even harder during (because females sexually harassing men nehhhhh-ver happens *sarcasm*) their presentations all they want, but in the end it doesn’t [apply to]/affect MGTOWs.

You may have decreased your chances, but it is ALWAYS an issue if they’d like it to be.

All it takes is one false accusation.

I say lowers for a good reason. By the standard definition of Sexual Harassment (SH) mgtow men will be near immune. But women find creative ways to be victims.
The fact you ignore women at work can be seen as you hate woman, then it can be turned into you being a sexist if your work has a negative impact on females.

A great example is a male boss. He does his mgtow thing and only deals with women when he needs to or he exercises his managerial duties. Since he doesn’t socialize he must “hate” women. When he needs to do his managerial duties females cry foul because he never interacts with them unless their in trouble or being bossed around. On top of all that bulls~~~ when the male boss writes a female up, she will 100% of the time throw all the excuses in the book to weasel her way out. The mgtow boss moves forward and women will get even more hateful because he didn’t fall for the s~~~ other male bosses fell for, thus showing further proof he is a sexist.

Women who get disciplined in every line of work get mad and throw around the sexist/sexual harassment card left and right. They will never claim you touched them, spoke to them inappropriately, or attacked them. The fact your wrote them up is prove positive your a sexist/sexual harasser. HR departments get flooded with this BS every day and it rarely sticks. But it has driven nearly all agencies to write policies that make bosses have witnesses during disciplinary actions with women. YES JUST FOR WOMEN. All this drama ends up helping woman. It helps because many male bosses no longer want to pursing writing woman up, if a male boss continues his career will get a stain since every woman will complain leading HR and upper ups to think he is an issue.

Yeah mgtow works to limit your liability but when you become a boss you still need a lot more than mgtow to keep you safe.

In today’s toxic environment, these false charges are a distinct possibility.

For example, I happen to know that male medical doctors are advised to never be alone with a female patient, but always have a female nurse in there with them. This comes from the malpractice insurance industry in response to a flood of false lawsuits.

It’s everywhere and there is nothing new about it. False rape charges were happening in ancient Egypt. Emperor Augustus had some poor schnook put to death because of a false rape charge. An so on, throughout history.

Just imagine what can happen if she’s in front of you.

I’m lucky as my job involes mostly men but when a woman is around …. 100+% work by the book…… my job operates on procedures and it’s wonderful because I often can hide behind them ?

And when I do it is very easy for me because most women like me. That being noted: I have had enough experiences with with negative women to be cautious when dealing with them.

I am grateful that I have not been accused of anything of the sort. Only once did I have anything to do with a female coworker and it was good that she left the company not long after we broke it off.
