Anyway…I overheard a conversation she was having recently…as the conversation took place about 5 feet away from me and done so loud enough that would make it pretty much impossible for me not to hear.  She was talking about how some dude that was more than 10 years older than her had asked her out on a date a a while back and she refused, but he just asked her out again recently and she said ok.  She said she told him she refused before because “I want someone to marry…I want someone to have kids with…and I’m not going to have sex with anyone unless I think the relationship is going to lead to that.”  The whole justification was that the guy previously divorced with grown kids, and probably wouldn’t be up for more kids, or another marriage at his age.  (Which he probably isn’t…I’m sure he’d just be in it for a few months of sex with a decently attractive girl much younger than him, and he’d be out soon as she wanted to go look at rings, or she’d be out soon as she realized no more kids were on the table for him)

While I sat there looking out the window, trying my hardest not to get dragged into the conversation, all I could think was one year ago, she thought she could do better than this guy, but after a year of post-wall dating she realized she couldn’t.  The whole “I want marriage, and I want kids, and I’m not going to have sex with anyone unless I think I’ll get that,”  it was just priceless.  It was like her saying “You have to give ME ME ME all these things, and all I have in return is vagina.”  I don’t think she realizes…guys around her age can get younger vagina from girls who aren’t staring the wall down screaming “Marriage and babies!” so her one bargaining chip simply isn’t enough to even start the negotiation process.

Once the baby rabies sets in they will f~~~ anything to have a baby. All their wymyn friends getting married stirs the pot of jealousy.

Haha…that was my plan.  I almost feel bad for her…she’s always been nice to me for the 5 or 6 years that I’ve known her…I have no reason to wish her anything but the best,  but I say I almost feel bad for her, because at the same time its one of those you made your bed, now sleep in it situations.

Its kinda funny how baby rabies works.  Guys that might not have kids are just like…eh whatever…I’ll just go buy a sweet car and retire 5 years earlier.  Women that are approaching that age where they might not have kids though…man do they get crazy and desperate when they realize they waited too long and have done the equivalent of letting a winning lottery ticket expire.  I hope that time spent on the carousel was worth it!

They thoroughly enjoyed riding that carousel on that you can be most sure. I cry no tears for them though as The Wall has as much empathy for them as The Grim Reaper. The Wall is what they deserve.

I can think of one good reason: wishing the best for her is wishing the worst for some poor guy out there.
