Been doing it just over a year with a great group of guys. I would recommend it to anyone.

Also done judo for about a year when I was younger.

I owe it to  Martial arts, one in close hand to hand, the other to kicks and speed and weaponry.

Learning how to fight was instrumental in the development of my metaphorical backbone. I’m a big fan of krav maga these days for efficiency reasons. White Knights can get violent. All MGTOW should know how to defend themselves.

“Violence only flows down the hierarchy” and we need to remember that.

i have never learnt to fight and I’ve only had one real fight, 9 years ago….quite strange really.

I train in Aikido and recently have taken up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have experimented with Karate, Fencing, Boxing and Knife fighting.

Taking up a martial art is one of the best decisions you can make, in my humble opinion. If you’re into fitness, you’ll find that training in an art gives you a non-female reason to strength train.

I don’t train to get female attention or even to “stick it” to feminism. I train because I have some big boys that I have to throw and submit. Being fit, is a big help.

Who else trains and what do you train in?

Definitely like weapon based training/dirty boxing better..

Don’t depend on others to save you..Every MGTOW should be a lone warrior ready for anything life will throw at them.
