Challenge accepted!

I suggested that Marriage could be compared to a coin toss, and the risk was greater than the reward.

I asked “Would you bet a $1 on a coin toss?”, the answer was yes by everyone.

I asked “Would you bet $1,000?”, only a few said yes.

“What about $100,000?”  Everybody shook their head “No”.

I said “That’s why men don’t want to get married, they are betting EVERYTHING on a 50/50 coin toss.  The risk to too high”.

The men are nodding in agreement, and the women are protesting “The divorce rate isn’t 50%!”

I said “Google it.”  End of discussion.  Pouting ensues.

I really think MGTOW.com should be a medium for us to train each other on the best comebacks to any questions or situations women put us through.

We need easy, well defined arguments like this.

I was recently challenged on my anti marriage view – but the time I outlined the “pro’s & cons” – the stupid women had all started with the eye rolling and, well I “lost the crowd”…..

Women, have an extremely limited span of attention – so if you need to make a point they will understand, it needs to be simple, factual & something less complicated than a potato peeler.

The analogy isn’t complete until you specify what you get if you WIN the coin toss

Rofl…this is true.  Its like a few weeks back at work, I had a delicious brownie smothered in hot fudge and whipped cream, and topped off with a cherry.  One of my coworkers tried to make me make some stupid bet for the brownie.  If I lost I had to give him the brownie.  If I won…well I got to keep the brownie, the exact same outcome as simply refusing the bet and not even having to worry about putting my precious brownie on the line.

A coin toss is a good analogy to keep it simple, but in reality betting double or nothing on a coin toss is actually a better bet than marriage considering marriage is more like break even or nothing.

In the game of Marriage, a man moves all of his chips into the middle of the the table with 3 possible outcomes. Bust(lose it all in divorce), split(stay where you and even lose some of your stack due to rake), or lose a  number of chips due to alimony and/or child support payments(I inserted this third option to represent wealthy men). The point is, you will never end the hand with more chips than you went all-in with no matter how many times you try.

A woman is a player who can see your cards and can foresee the flop, turn & river every time. No matter what happens, she will always win.
