Its been used to help brothers pull themselves out of the dirt of war and press on with their brothers in arms. Its used to rise us (men) to even greater things, push together as one unit of strength to overcome.

I refuse to allow anyone to tell me to ‘Man up’ just as I refuse to allow anyone to tell me what to do, or how to act. I am my OWN man, to act the way I choose to.

God help any female who tells me to man up, what the f~~~ would they know about being a man?

I do agree that if it comes from a woman, white knight or mangina ….. thats a crossed line and they will get both bores.

However, as one guy to another and as a way of one pulling another threw whatever crap is in the way, then thats why i want it back.

Man Up is used in conjunction with help, advice and honesty. Its a way of improving and advancing each other for the better of MEN as a whole.

Hell even coming to mgtow is the first step to Manning Up for some of us. I do understand others slightless less forgiving take on the phrase …. but for me ….. no wo-man or her agents will take it from me and then try and beat me with it.

He told me that one night when he was on the phone with his wife (she was at the new guy’s house) and he was crying, she told him to ‘Man Up’ and at one point she gave her phone to the new guy. She really redefined the term: sick bitch on so many levels.

My buddy survived the worst of it all, and is wise enough now to know that it made him stronger, but at one point he almost let the lies, betrayal and fact that his wife was f~~~ing a new guy destroy him.

Man up should be whatever you want it to mean, whatever values you feel defines a man. Not something some c~~~ feels she can use to shame you with, or by extension our gynocentric society, that wants you to “man up” to defend it.
