Think about it. Set all the BS about “being born one way or another” aside and think about it from a 7 year old perspective.  Probably raised by single mommie and all her single friends. Listening to them parrot the usual s~~~ about men. What men they do see are likely being turned into mangina slaves, or wage slaves, or sent to jail.

At that age when you don’t really have a lot of real sense of gender/sex identity except what has been handed to you, what seven year old boy wouldn’t be scared to bejeezus about growing up to be a man in today’s America?  After hearing and seeing how *average* men are treated by society why wouldn’t you want to identify more with the other group of people that get all the attention, targeted advertising, sympathy,  educational advantages, and special treatment.

In today’s world of a 7 yr old, the prospect of growing up to be a man must be terrifying.

Well we already had Elliot Roger. I gotta say i’ve debated it and the only reason i havent gone around murdering bitches is because of my own self preservation. But i predict that before men get violent, the women will try to institutionalize castration as a form of corporal punishment or a twisted form of social justice. back in the day they used to castrate slaves, especially out in the middle east which is why you dont see any black people out there with slave ancestors even though they had about 50x more slaves than america. I wrote a sci fi screenplay about an alternate reality where a big brother type organization called “the order” spies on its civilians omnisciently from space and castrates them to squash dissent. Sadly, this is exactly the direction we are heading in, with remorseless sociopaths like lorena bobbit or catherine kieu claiming their actions were completely justified even when put on trial for their crimes. Worse, lorena got off with just a couple months in a mental hospital.

On top of that you got shows like game of thrones which glorify eunuchs as a practice, at this point there are already 3 of them. No one is complaining about the armies of the unsullied, or the spider, or the unbelievable torture and humiliation of “Reek”… But they’re so quick to say that the unpleasant sex that Sansa Stark basically agreed to by marrying that asshole, or the walk of shame by Cersei Lanister, both completely contemptable characters in their own right, was “too far”. REALLY? You think its fine to castrate entire armies of men, but if one girl walks through an army of people who shout verbal abuses at her, or has sex that isn’t especially enjoyable because of a marriage she consented to for the sole purpose of manipulating power in her favor–well surely THAT is too far. Pfft. Don’t get me wrong, game of thrones definitely crosses the line, but thats kind of the point and its super telling about the selective memory the media has when getting all offended over fiction.
