For Myself, i decided to see it this way:

There is good hate AND bad hate.

If a Person doing bad Stuff to you and you hate that Person afterwards, that is good hate. Because you will Remember those circumstances better because of that extreme Feeling and because someone Who does bad stuff is Expelled from your Friendzone, at least. this hate have good effects.

Now, if a Person is doing bad stuff to you and now you hate all Persons that have the same attributes( like beeing white, black, small, big) this is bad hate. Because it uis not only directed to those who are Prooven guilty, but to those who are NOT proven guilty too.

It clouds your judgement and limits your options when dealing with the aforesaid persons doing bad stuff. More importantly, it distorts and corrodes your psychology.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

But its never that way, anymore, its just this generalized homogenous blob of hatred not particularly directed at anyone or anything. On one hand you can say, that person killed my family, i hate them, i want to kill them and be totally within your rights. But for us, we’ve gotten so used to generalizing and tropifying, consolidating individual voices into agendas and demographics, that its no longer just one person we hate, but the “far right”, the “far left”, bigots, rape culture, and its not just one person doing but this but whole groups of people, republicans, democrats, feminists, mgtows. Look at any period of any time in any culture or society, and you will see by very virtue of existing, society hates itself. What each generation harbors resentment for is what is most telling of that generation, whether it be imprudence in the victorian era, the orthodox church during the reformation, or men during the womens movement, because it reveals not only the most prominent aspects of ourselves but those that we’d like to remove.

Hate is a scalpel. It always stings and if used incorrectly, it can do an egregious amount of damage. But with a precise and methodical focus, and a bit of healing afterwards, it can be used as a tool to cut out the cancerous parts of society that pollute us. The feminists are right about us. MGTOWs are bitter and full of hate. Our hates are valid, and based in the truth of firsthand experience of these cancers. You don’t blame someone for getting burnt when they touch fire, you don’t blame the f~~~ing fire, and you don’t blame someone for starting the fire. You just put the goddamn fire out.

All Pride is bad. All shame is bad.

Because we live in a causal universe and are automated by matter and energy, there is no freewill. We’re biologically determined in total, Determinism. This is old news, proven in the lab. This conclusion follows from all data and reasoning both subjectively and objectively. In short, there’s no escaping the truth of our Determinism.

You’re subjective feeling that you do author your actions is an illusion.

So why does this relate to hate, pride and shame? Well….how does it makes sense to hate someone if they are absolutely the victim of gravity, memes and genetics? They haven’t chosen their thoughts or actions; or their height, than their clothes, or mother, or experiences or genetic predisposition. Hate is an emotion based purely in delusion. The more we understand this and teach it to others, the less we’ll see of it in the world.

Read Sam Harris’ Freewill slowly with your full attention and hopefully you’re intelligent enough to understand the illusion of freewill. I personally dont think this is hard to grasp, and I already had a huge intuition that it was true even before reading a lot.

Same goes for shame and pride, both completely useless and destructive emotions. When we start teaching people the truth of their human condition instead of filling them with fear about a punishing afterlife, we will start to see a safer and more pleasant species.

Hope that answers your questions satisfactorily. Read Sam Harris’ books.

But the question implies that in order for me to answer it – I have to reduce this complex hate phenomena to a convenient dualistic model of hate, which strips most of its meaning.
Hate is a form of passion that helped us survive since the very beginning, it’s a part of us, it’s what makes us who we are – one of the reasons why we still exist. So I disagree with a notion that it’s somehow bad.
