Scheduled visit. To see our dogs, and drop me off a check she owes my mom. Well, today’s visit went off the rails right away. Mind you, almost all her s~~~ is still here at my place, since she is only staying with a friend for the time being, she has no where to put it, being the f~~~ing gentleman I am, said keep it here and it will be fine. And it will, I am not the kind of f~~~ing douche that has to do anything to her stuff. Anyways, she comes out today right away demanding her .38 that her dad bought her, and the .45 Colt her brother “GAVE” the both of us as a “GIFT”. She starts in right away about the ammo, I said I shot off the ammo in the .38 just the other day shooting at the sparrows nesting under my house, and the rest of the rounds are in the desk, she is p~~~ed now. Why are these rounds gone, what business do you have shooting my gun, blah blah blah…In reality, I shot the 5 rounds in the .38, and that is all. I also have a .45 that is mine, and all the rounds I have for it, I am keeping. She starts in about that…Finally, all things falling apart now, I ask her about the shoe prints I had to clean off the back window of MY Trailblazer the last time she took it, back in May, huge snowstorm, I wouldn’t let her go into town and to work in her two wheel drive HHR, so I made her take my f~~~ing 4×4 Chevy Trailblazer so she wouldn’t get hurt. She brings it back 3 week later, trashed, no gas, and to my F~~~ING DISMAY shoe prints on the back seat window drivers side. SHOE PRINTS, not a lot of f~~~ing ways those could get there….SO I confront her, FINALLY, I waited all this time, cause how bad this is hurting me, I didn’t ever want to bring it up, but this anger, and this days events not going my way, it comes out. She denies, calls me crazy, there were no shoe prints, blah  blah  blah…I ask her for the checks she owes my mom, she says no, I am not giving them too you because I don’t believe you will give me my stuff back, I turn to go inside the house, to call my mom and let her know she didn’t bring her money. I get inside, she pushes me up against the wall, Yes I am a big guy, but I am disabled, hunched over bad because of my Ankylosing Spondylitis, she pushes me grabs at the phone in my hand, pulls the f~~~ing phone cord out of the wall, turns out just the power cord was yanked, and in all that scuffling some how the phone was dialing my mom on speaker, she hits me, scratches my hand and yanks the phone from me and hangs it up.

I will stop everything here, there was more yelling back and forth, I couldn’t believe everything that just happened.

IF I HAD DONE EVERYTHING SHE JUST DID TO ME I WOULD BE IN F~~~ING JAIL RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!

Do that and she can deal directly with your mom. It may be a one time thing but now she has a benchmark for what she can do and get away with. And I agree with BigD having a 3rd party there.

I would guess she is one step away from doing a false claim against you. And than you will be REALLY screwed.

I would suggest you to place charges against her as well. I know it will end up in nothing, but just so you have something registered. If you still have the scratches on you, go to the police station and report her. She ATTACKED you, I don’t care if you are a big guy or not, she was the aggressor and should be reported.

We have to put a stop on this bulls~~~ at some point.
