I offer you heartfelt salutations from the land of tumbleweeds, mountain boomers and stump-broke sheep. I am forty-five, Caucasoid, married, physically active (and trying to be more so), tobacco-free, fructose-free and trying to meld my present self with the once boundlessly optimistic young man I was before my first marriage (twenty-two years), military service and twenty-one years of shifting gears in a cornucopia of trucks darkened my outlook on the world a bit.

I imagine I will lurk more than I post but hope any thoughts I share will be helpful as I assure you they will be genuine. Thank you all for the use of your forums!
