I’m Liam, a 26 year old guy from England. I’ve been observing MGTOW for a month or two now, mainly via MGTOW Youtube channels and I have to say, a lot of what I’ve seen and heard makes so much sense. I’ve always kind of sensed that their was something with the women around me and the societal expectations of man/womanhood but I’ve never quite been able to put my finger on it but over the last four years or so since I started(and finished yay me :D) university I’ve been watching and analyzing the interactions I have with women, other peoples relationships and society and media in general which has all brought me, well, here.

Although I don’t have any significant horror stories where women have destroyed my life, and I think myself lucky to have not gone through some o the things you lads have, there are two specific examples of interactions with females that started me on the MGTOW way of thinking.

The first such example happened in primary school when I was around 9 or 10 years old, myself and my school yard chums would all play a game that we called ‘Bulldog’. A game in which one person was ‘it’ and the rest were ‘bulldogs’ and were charged with catching, tackling and pilling upon the one deemed to be ‘it’. A stupid game in hindsight, but it was fun in youth. One day, a girl named Nicole decided she wanted to play, making it apparent she wouldn’t leave us be unless the request was honored so, begrudgingly, we allowed her to play. As we were playing, I accidentally knocked in to her, strong enough to stumble her back but nothing to be concerned about. I smiled and apologised, it was an accident after all but, evidently she didn’t accept, as she punched me, as hard as she could, in the mouth. Out of reaction, I punched her back in the stomach, her response to which was to start crying.  Following this, a bunch of my male friends pulled me away from her, I was given detention, grounded by my parents and the part I remember so vividly was one of my female teachers grabbing my arm and shouting “I don’t care if she hit you first, how DARE you EVER hit a woman” I was punished, she was treated as a victim, I always remember at that.

Note: I don’t condone violence unless you are defending yourself or a loved one from physical harm, but you don’t really think about that stuff when you’re 9.

The second example was with a girl I fell for during college when I was 18. I live in an area of England where most women look the same, fake tan, bleached blonde hair, fake nails and almost the exact same clothes. Then along came this girl who looked so different, bright dyed red hair, hoodie and jeans, y’know, typical emo chick really but it was the first time I’d had seen anyone like it. She liked to party, she liked the same music and hobbies I did and she genuinely seemed to care about me. After a while I noticed that I was paying for her food, her booze, her smokes, buying her gifts, letting her stay at mine all the time, giving her money and generally being a blue pill schmuck. One day, I realised that she didn’t really care about me that much, sure we hung out alone, rarely, and we f~~~ed a few times but most of time if I saw her it was out drinking or at restaurants ect. So one day, I confront her about and told her I thought the relationship was not equal, that I wanted her to spend more time with me on a one-on-one basis and that I thought she was taking advantage of my ‘generosity'(i.e. stupidity). Long story short, we had a huge drunk argument that end with her saying “you should feel lucky to have me with you, but if I can’t have you wrapped around my finger, I don’t want you at all’ and me telling her to go f~~~ herself and walking away.

Those are the biggest two things that made me look at women and society a little differently, I could recount hundreds of others, we probably all can, but these two things set me on the path. I am now starting my journey to become a MGTOW, so after joining here, but we can all help each other along the path 🙂

Thanks for reading.

Could be Chesham or even Essex. Scratch that, from my limited experience with England could be the entirity of it these days.

Welcome friend, take a seat and look around. There are quite a lot of 50 Megaton lolbombs to be discovered on this site.

The right man at the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.
