@ BigD, Your right of course but if you can afford it this is a better way to go that marriage. In marriage there is a contract and we all know how that ends up.

Still seems a bit steep of a price if you ask me. Maybe I’m a bit spoiled from living in South East Asia for so long. I could get it easily when I wanted it and get it out of the house when I was done. I really don’t want anyone hanging around for too long.
