I just watched this an hour before reading this post:

I like the host/moderator, he seems fair and perhaps even on men’s side. Something so rare to find in interviews. The interviewer along with the feminist usually gang up on the one man trying to get his point across, constantly being talked over and interrupted.

Some of the worst offenders are the same politicians who make it a campaign issue. For two examples, Obama and Clinton are notorious for paying women staffers less than men, and so are a whole raft of senators and representatives.

RoyalDal, the ones you pointed out are not paying less, but the women staffers on average are earning less. This reinforces the concept that there is a pay gap, and that it is based on womens choice. Of course they never need to be held accountable for any choices. Even when they exercise agency, they are free from the consequences.

How many women take jobs in public education, backed by corrupt unions always bitching about not being paid enough? No wonder they have this mentality.

These pressure groups want female wages to be overinflated for two reasons. First to give women more power and privilege, secondly to empower the state by creating a bigger tax pool. Pay people more and the state steals more.
