Hey russkyKGB, things weren’t always like this here in the US, when I was a kid they had public service announcements on TV warning us to avoid drugs in a foreign country. Since then the US hands out LIFE sentences just for conspiring, you don’t even need to touch the drugs, or the money, LIFE IN PRISON just for conspiring. They’ve gone jail crazy here in the US. They’re building prisons more than ever before! They treat the inmates like f~~~ing animals! They treat the visitors like s~~~! The charge the family’s overinflated phone rates and get a kickback! I live on a 280 acre parcel of land that “was” a promised residential subdivision. I’ve witnessed many horrible atrocities committed in the name of “freedom”, the zoning board in this town was formed (created) illegally. 1st off, the town “NEVER” adopted the subdivision enabling act that establishes zoning (due process, yea bulls~~~).

In 1973 the court issued “EVICTION ORDERS” to the land investors that were “camping” on their land.

By 1974 the town of West Brookfield sought and was granted an injunction against this corporation, ordering that “ALL” investors are enjoined from operating “until such time as Brookhaven association comply with MGL. chapter 140 section 32a.” necessity of a license, motel defined” which states ” NO person shall conduct, control, manage, or operate, directly or indirectly”.  https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleXX/Chapter140/Section32A

As things weren’t bad enough already, the town by way of the board of health issued there “own permit” a forgery granting this corporation a phony license.

My father purchased land here in 1973 before all the commotion and corruption started. The town continued to collect taxes and operate indirectly in violation of the law, over and above the law, with arrogance and deceit. The town continued to evict investors with their now mighty zoning officers, one after the other, for a duration of more than 23 years.

1986 my father purchased a burned house on the other side of the lake, the Town revoked his permit, and a stop work order was posted on the property, after we repaired it, and were starting to shingle the roof. We finished the roof anyway! long story short, they tortured him with excessive oppression telling they will never issue an occupancy permit for the property, we sought legal advice and were fleeced by the lawyers to no avail. The stress and mental anguish made my father’s hair fallout, he went bald. After much negotiation and all the torture, my father agreed to pay a $5,000.00 dollar fine to reinstate the building permit. He paid the extortioners with a paper bag, filled with cash. After investing all he had on the property, paying lawyers, paying the fine, we went hungry to pay the extortion created by the Town.

By 1997, after a zoning officer said “I found a way to end Brookhaven Association, Inc., once and for all”. Within a couple of months, the town called an executive session regarding “potential litigation”, it was a closed door session. After that the zoning officer issued a “CEASE AND DESIST” to “ALL” property owners listed on this corporation, assessors maps areas #51 #52 #53 #54 and #55, 280 acres.

The Town now continues to operate in violation of a court order, in violation of MGL, chapter 140, sec.32a, and in violation of their own CEASE AND DESIST order, Due f~~~ing process! NICE! The Massachusetts Attorney General, and the United States Justice Department was mad aware of this violation of human rights, and the ongoing criminal reckless endangerment perpetrated on it’s citizens. Due f~~~ing process! Yea right!

Since then, I/we my brother and I, have drafted the constitution of Brookhaven Condemned Family Campground. but only after the town tried to stop me from clearing the over grown trees that inundate this alleged subdivision. The case was argued in a court of law, and the judge would not answer the town as they sought to recover the 20,000.00 legal expenses in attacking me! The town’s law firm “Copelman & Page”, no longer represents the town.
