In any case it’s table tennis and it’s a fine sport with many dimensions. It teaches the importance of a relaxed grip, concentration, technique, the use of spin, keeping your eye on the ball, good balance and of course the importance of a flexible wrist, something useful for all MGTOWS! I’m currently involved with coaching and we have some promising young lads, the season has recently started and they’re going great guns already. Indoor sports are cheap and great in winter, badminton, squash, pool, snooker, chess: all good when it’s snowing or blowing a gale, screw skiing!

Be kind to your knees, you will miss them when they’re gone. Snooker and Billiards are my recreational games. But it seems like they are on their way out! Guess some guys are just not stimulated enough by them and finding others who play is pretty rare. Glad you are keeping the flag flying at full mast.

Of course the importance of a flexible wrist, something useful for all MGTOWS!

I don’t get it. “It’s all in the wrist” is just an expression. But powerful serves in Tennis don’t come from the wrist, and gentle pushes in Billiards are key. Bending the wrist is not in the technique. Not even for Ping Pong. Elaborate?

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Got to agree about the knees though!
