Let’s just say, a lot of people are leaving, being moved around, or being put off and no one is there to replace for lost labour, and now my boss is having unrealistic expectations of all of us, and I just know he’s going to criticize us no matter how well we do our job.

I’m sick of it – and I want to know if there’s any experiences, or advice you could give me to deal with this frustrating time. I would quit, but there are a few things I want to save up money for, so I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place for now until they find someone to replace those who left… if they do… because they have a s~~~ reputation as an employer.

I did, and it was an eye opener! Now, in my case the bad news is, I could never bring myself to do what he recommends to advance myself. The good news is, I could spot the manipulations of the rest of the gang a mile away and take evasive action.

]]> https://www.mgtow.com/forums/topic/defending-yourself-against-the-boss/#post-77684 <![CDATA[Reply To: Defending yourself against the boss.]]> https://www.mgtow.com/forums/topic/defending-yourself-against-the-boss/#post-77684 Fri, 03 Jul 2015 18:06:56 +0000 uchibenkei i was a low level accountant for a japanese company in canada that ran into production trouble after the tsunami took a massive chunk out of their supply chain.  they started cutting costs by not replacing workers who quit or were terminated.  the work load was given to other people.  the company kept all of the cost savings and didn’t share anything with the people who were taking on the extra work.  i started looking for another job and, when i found one, i left.  the job i found was better and paid more.  at my exit interview i told hr how i felt about what they were doing.  i knew they didn’t really care about my opinion but it felt good to get it off my chest directly to some of the people responsible.  don’t waste your time in a s~~~ty company.  it’s very similar to wasting your time with a s~~~ty woman.
