I proved this at my married brother’s place. His wife shouted to him from the kitchen “do you want chicken or steak tonight?” He looked at me all proud like he makes all the decisions. I said either is fine thanks , and he said “steak!”. She’s said OK.

Then I told him to call back out to her and change his mind. Tell her: “Neither. You want beer and pizza” instead. So he did as a joke, and she FREAKED OUT. “OMG! we don’t have beer and pizza!! You don’t even drink beer what’s wrong with you!”. Then I explained to him (and it became obvious) that he doesn’t ACTUALLY make any decisions. He is only permitted to select one of her controlled choices.

My mother tried this too. She wanted us to take a picture really badly in some corny setting and I said “yeah ok maybe later on the way back”. … on the way back a few hours later she says “OH! didn’t you want to get a picture there?”

I called her out.

That was a pretty good example, the first one. But I didn’t understand the second… why on earth would she say that it was your idea eventually? F~~~ing psycho bitch. Can you give me some more examples so I can’t be controlled and know when it’s happening?

Also, how the f~~~ did the wife have the audacity to freak out over such a small thing? Shows that she really must control him using his fear, the bitch. I know that the best thing to do is not get in a f~~~ing relationship at all, but I’m the son of Adam like us all and I have that “aloneness” in me… that longing for female company.

The second example is something my Mom does ALL the f~~~ing time and my Dad fell for it! She would say something like “maybe we should cut that leaning tree down before lightning hits it and it comes crashing down on the house”. Then maybe the next day , my Mom would say something like “didn’t you say you wanted to chop that tree down?” to get HIM to do it. No he didn’t say s~~~ about it. SHE did. And then he would run off and do it! This is how my Mom would sit on her f~~~ing ass and get my dad to run around and do s~~~ all the time.

In the above example, when I called her out for trying that s~~~, she LAUGHED.
She actually knew she was doing it (trying to make her idea my idea) when I pointed it out.

It totally p~~~ed me off, and I was like 32 years old when I got hip to that s~~~. When I was a kid, and it was a sunny day out, I would say I would practice piano later. Then later in the day she would say “you said you wanted to practice piano”. I never wanted to f~~~ing practice piano. What kid does?

Another example (which I also experienced myself):

Your girlfriend asks “do you want to get married in the summer or the winter?”

( RED ALERT!!!! RED ALERT!! DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!! )

See what she’s doing there? She is asking an “innocent” question beginning with “do you want…” in an attempt to plant the seed and make it YOUR idea. She presents you with 2 controlled choices and she expects you to pick one of them. Either way, If you say “summer is probably better” or “winter would be nice”….. in her mind you just f~~~ing proposed! Then a few months later , she says ” a few months ago, you said you wanted to get married in the summer”.

So the only correct answer is option C. The invisible one:
“I feel like something salty. Do we have any pretzels?”

…. and I successfully deflected that puck. You gotta be like the world’s best goalie with chicks. I swear to Christ. Or one day you’re gonna be standing in a tuxedo at your own wedding wondering how the f~~~ you ever ended up there.

I could be here all week on this f~~~ing subject. But you get the idea.

Good  financially successful salesmen do this too.

Whether it applies to food, clothes, cars, paint for the house or whatever. Any time she pretends to give you a choice for something, be honest. If you don’t care if she paints the house white or purple, then tell her. If you do care, speak up and tell her “hell no, your not painting my house purple”.

I’m just happy to see us organizing and sharing our experiences via the internet. The resistance is building.  I’m just sick and tired of having to expend my energies fighting their insane need to control every aspect of my life.  You’ve got to be forever strong, creative, and fearless otherwise you’ll be steamrolled. Even the alphas still have to waste their time battling with them over stupid s~~~.

They’re a deadly in so many ways game that I’ll never fully understand so at least by not giving a f~~~ I’m playing it on my terms.
