It explains why women keep getting fatter and fatter. – Because they can! Her notion is – that although she got fatter – the online attention hasn’t dried up, and dates are still showing up and paying for her dinners – she (and everyone else) should feel confident and empowered to keep getting fatter.

Here’re some quotes:

This is coming from a fat self-proclaimed feminazi (!) dating columnist (!) She keeps on explaining how confident she is about her body image, how she is fine with online dating because real world is old-fashioned, because it still works for her and that she “found some great people doing that”. She is also proud of being a princess “and the sooner a man finds that out – the better” – whatever she meant.

Basically the whole idea is – I keep getting fatter because I can still get online dates. Less that when I was thin, but it still works, so I’ll keep doing what I am doing, and you should look at me and keep doing the same.
